Contrary to the supply story, current demand is extremely strong. This constraint in supply means that whilst the cask is maturing, intrinsically its value is rising. It takes the liquid three years (from the date of the first fill) to qualify as whisky. You can realize growth throughout the entire maturation process and bottle your favorite cask where we will sell at retail for you.
